BOOK REVIEW: THEY BOTH DIE AT THE END BY ADAM SILVERA

What do you think about receiving a call from a trusted Source; noticing you of your own death in the next 24 hours, with no possibilities of avoiding that? It will be an opportune time to say GOODBYE, isn’t? To even have your funeral with family, Friends and beloved ONES? And How about Living in a society that guaranty you having  places to make moments (LAST ONES) , you will even be treated Kindly (Can’t Imagine the Opposite) and win some free meals? And you know what? To have the greatest day ever, you can share all these LAST Things with a friend, a last Friend by Signing in the Last Friend APP designed especially for these Situation?

BUT YOU WILL DIE AT THE END.

This is what these 280 Pages are about. Death-Cast, -the Trusted Source-, a company with employees called the heralds, they spend their days calling dying peoples (the deckers).

Mateo and Rufus, two teenagers who received the call, the story showed how they have met, how they spent the day running from death but in the same time trying to live it to the fullest.

Two Boys with different personalities and perspectives had their paths-crossed at their Last day, they Influenced each other and they Both Die at the END.

For me, the Title was a spoiler from the very beginning, it’s not the kind of books that have an unexpected End or so (despite the urge of wanting to know how they are going to pass away), it’s about the journey not the destination xD, it’s about the feelings that goes through those boys, how they express them with their 17 years-Old-Vocabulary, they didn’t even start living Huh, A feeling of empathy stuck me while reading about their Beloved Ones Reaction. A feeling with the meaning of: EVRYTHING IS REGREATBALE IN FRONT OF DEATH.
